We love being part of the community and strive to always give back. When people can’t visit the farm, we bring the farm to them — free of charge for public community events.

Our barnyard visits are perfect for farmers markets, holiday markets, town spring & fall festivals, public school events, Trunk-or-treats, and other public gatherings. (Please note: this free program does not include private company festivals.)

What we bring

• A selection of our favorite barnyard animals for up-close viewing and education

• Family-friendly displays and hands-on experiences where appropriate

• Brief, engaging talks about farm life, animal care, and first-generation farming

• Our Market sale items; t-shirts, fresh eggs, animals we have for sale, and general JBF Merch

Booking and logistics

• Available free for public markets and community events (excludes private company festivals)

• We coordinate arrival, setup needs (space, fencing, shade), and animal welfare requirements to ensure safety and comfort for animals and visitors

• Advance notice is required so we can properly prepare and staff each visit

How to request a visit

• Provide event date, location, expected attendance, and contact information

• We’ll confirm based on animal welfare, schedule, and event suitability

• Send us your fliers and tag us on your social platforms in your event pages, so we can help promote your event!
